In our collaboration with Grupo Salinas, we have participated in more than 30 projects in different locations across the country, providing comprehensive solutions with a technical and technological focus. Our main achievements have been:

 

• Surveys of the current state of buildings through on-site technical visits.

• Structural inspections to assess actual conditions and potential risks.

• Development of executive projects for new branches of Banco Azteca and Tiendas Elektra.

• Point cloud capture using LIDAR laser scanning technology and drones to accurately depict existing conditions.

• BIM modeling of architecture, structure, and facilities, based on surveys.

• Digital coordination and collaboration through Autodesk Construction Cloud, centralizing the review, tracking, and approval processes for plans and models.

• A close and ongoing relationship with Grupo Salinas teams, based on trust, personalized service, and the technical quality of our deliveries.

• Participated in the survey of one of Elektra's largest distribution centers, with over 20,000 m² of construction, using terrestrial LIDAR scanning and drones to ensure accurate and detailed site documentation.

This ongoing work has allowed us to consolidate a strategic alliance, adding value to the expansion, maintenance, and modernization of our network of stores, distribution centers, and bank branches.
