In this project, Sohersa BIM is responsible for the complete development of the MEP installations, including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and special systems.

All work is carried out using a comprehensive approach based on the BIM methodology, which has been key to achieving precise coordination between disciplines and ensuring interference-free execution. Through BIM modeling, digital models are generated with detailed information that allow for:

 

• Extract approved construction plans based on updated model data.

• Detect and resolve conflicts between disciplines before arriving on site.

• Validate design criteria, review constructability, and optimize processes.

• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 19650.

In a television studio, where a large number of technical systems, audiovisual equipment, air conditioning, and power distribution coexist, BIM coordination is essential to ensure that all elements work together correctly, avoiding costly errors and rework.
